Overview
Unit Converter ("the App", "we", "us") is a free utility application developed for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, uses, stores, and shares — and what it doesn't.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
Information We Collect
The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.

All data above can be cleared at any time by clearing the App's data from your Android device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
Information We Do NOT Collect
Unit Converter does not collect any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or any account information
- Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID)
- Location data (GPS or network-based)
- Contacts, photos, files, or any other device content
- Microphone or camera data
- IP address or network information
- Crash reports or analytics (no analytics SDK is integrated)
- Usage statistics or behavioral data
Local Data Storage
The App uses Android's SharedPreferences API to persist your preferences and history locally on your device. This is a standard Android mechanism — the data is sandboxed to the App and is not accessible by other apps.
You can delete all locally stored data at any time:
- Go to Android Settings → Apps → Unit Converter → Storage → Clear Data
- Or simply uninstall the App
- Or use the in-app History screen to clear individual entries
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following open-source Flutter packages. None of these packages collect, transmit, or share any user data.

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, crash reporting services, or social media SDKs. The App contains no ads.
Children's Privacy
Unit Converter does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the App collects no personal data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Continued use of the App after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users via a Play Store update note.
